As we’re getting busier and busier, we are on the look out for extra Race Engineers, Marshals and Race Directors at our track.

We are looking for talented individuals to share in the Midland Karting passion to strive for exceptional results.

You could form an integral part of our Race Crew here at Midland Karting. So if you fancy getting involved in motorsport and Karting then this is the perfect opportunity.

Race Engineers

We are on the look out for a part time Race Engineer to work in our busy kart workshop to help service and maintain our fleet of Karts. Applicants must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays. Full training will be given, however, this position is best suited to people with motor vehicle mechanical knowledge or with a similar background. (Min age 16 years).

Race Marshals

Marshals are vital to the running of motorsport. You can form an integral part of the team in order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. Applicants must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays. Full training will be given. Motorsport knowledge would be an advantage. (Min age 16 years).

Catering Staff

Help our drivers (and spectators!) refuel at our Kart track in our trackside cafe. Applicants must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays. Applicants must have a present food hygiene certificate. Motorsport knowledge would be an advantage. (Min age 18 years).

Race Directors

We are looking for additional Race Directors to run race events. Applicants must have previous Karting knowledge, be confident with customers and the ability to communicate well. Full training given. (Min age 18 years).

Children’s Party Marshals

Marshals required to help with the running of Children’s Parties. Full training given, however, if you have worked with kids (ideally between the ages of 8 and 14) then that would be an advantage. Motorsport and driving knowledge also an advantage.
