Terms and Conditions

1. The booking form sent by post or email must be signed and returned.
2. A 50% deposit per driver/group must be paid to secure the event and must be received by the due date shown above. A 2% surcharge per transaction will be applicable to Credit Cards and American Express. We no longer accept Cheques as form of payment.
3. Deposits are non refundable and drivers failing to attend will forfeit their deposit paid.
4. The balance of the event must be paid on or before the date shown on the booking form.
5. All Drivers must arrive at the given start time as events cannot be extended.
6. All drivers must meet the minimum age restrictions as detailed on the booking form.
7. All drivers must be free from alcohol and drugs, and agree to abide by the rules of Midland Karting Ltd as interpreted by the race director on duty.
8. Midland Karting reserve the right to exclude drivers who fail to meet this criteria.
9. Receipts provided on request.
